Exquisite leather & superior craftsmanship. This is now the fourth pair of shoes I've bought from Amberjack and, like all the others, this half-boot is very comfortable. No break-in period is required, they are comfortable out of the box. Amberjack sizing is true to size.

So I really love these. I got brave and wore them 16 hours the first day with no break in. They were perfect. The toebox worked well for my foot which is wide up front and very narrow in the heal. No slip in back and comfy up front. Love them oh and finding size 15 boots is not easy!!

I pre-ordered this shoe with an expected availability date that came and went. I had a nice exchange with customer service about it and they were kind enough to expedite shipping when it finally became available. I've been breaking in the shoes at work. They're comfortable and don't move around a lot on my duck feet. I'm hoping they last a long time, but I'll be coming back around for their replacements when the time does come.

Let me start by saying that the last three pair of shoes that I have purchased have be Amberjack shoes. Your shoes check all of my boxes , they are stylish, they are comfortable, and they are a value.

Usually I between 8.5 to 9 with other shoes, so I ordered 8.5 wide. It runs a bit big. Contacted support, and they replied immediately with instruction on how to exchange. Return was so easy, and they sent my size out fairly quick. The boot is comfortable.

I ordered a pair of these a while ago in a size 12. They were a bit small but I figured theyd stretch out and be fine. Well fast forward 6 months I went to wear them again and they werent fine. They still took care of me and did an exchange and the new size 13s are perfect!

I love the Grizzly boot. Great color and workmanship. It is more narrow than expected and I email the “help email twice” for an exchange or credit and never received a reply.

I have to start by saying this journey, although drawn out because I needed a size that I had to wait for because of delays, was nothing short of amazing. I measured my foot and ordered an 11, it was to tight across my foot so with the help of the support staff we exchanged for an 11.5. I was then advised of delays and kept informed as we went along. It took about 4 months to get the 11.5. I was worried that this pair was going to be wrong, but I trusted the process and I’m SO glad I did. Not going to lie, these boots took some breaking in, but absolutely hands down the best pair of work shoes ever!!! I’m a flight attendant and many colleagues both pilots and flight attendants swore by Amber Jack. Well, now I do too!!! I can’t wait to try other styles for every day wear!!

My pair sprung a water leak after about 1.5 years of use as a pilot. Amberjack was great and sent me a new pair under warranty within a few days. Highly recommend. I only wish they at least had some slight tread to help on icy surfaces or oily surfaces. Overall great shoe. They break in after a couple weeks. For some reason when new they always give me a blister on the back of my right foot until broken in. I do have flat narrow feet.

These shoes have been great! But, the customer service offered by this team has really been outstanding! After having a slight quality issue ( stitching on one shoe came loose. These things can happen) their response was quick and there was no hesitation to correct it. Based on the choice the company has made to value their customers, they in turn have gained life long customers. Well done Amberjack!

I was looking for a more comfortable version of the traditional Chelsea boot and I am very pleased. Great quality and fit. Only complaint is they are hard to put on since they don't have a pull tab.

I am extremely pleased with my Amberjack Chelsea boots in Walnut. They are remarkably comfortable, lightweight, and ideal for everyday wear. The rich walnut color is attractive and versatile, complementing trousers of virtually any color. My only criticism is that the boots can be quite difficult to put on because they have neither pull tabs nor a side zipper. As a result, I generally need a shoehorn, which is not always practical to carry while traveling or away from home. Adding sturdy pull tabs would make an otherwise outstanding pair of boots nearly perfect.

Love these boots and although I had a warranty issue with them, it was resolved quickly and I had a new pair within a couple of days. These will continue to be my go-to work shoes.

The most comfortable boot for work and weekend fun that I have had I used all types through the years popular brands from malls even Italian leather that looked amazing but hurt these here look amazing and feel amazing

These are my fourth pair of Amberjacks and my first Amberjack boots. As with my other pairs, the soles feel great. The boots also look great, being attractive not only for a Chelsea with an athletic sole but also for a Chelsea, full stop. At least in the "walnut" color you really can't tell at a glance that it has an athletic sole. I have a few issues though, all with the uppers. The big one is that there is no pull tab. They were so difficult to put on that I considered returning them but decided to buy a shoe horn instead. The shoe horn works great but I dread the day I visit a shoes off household and forget to wear something else. I may sew on a tab, but I shouldn't have to. Another issue with the uppers are that they are slightly tighter in the toes than my other Amberjacks unless I make a conscious effort to scooch my heel directly against the heel counter. The last issue with the uppers is they put a bit of stress on my foot just above my big toe. None of my Amberjack shoes (leather loafers, suede cap-toe, and leather cap-toe) have any of these issues with the uppers that cost the Chelseas a star.

The boots look nice and fit well. The insole is very comfortable. My only complaint would be the soles are not non-marking.

Perfect fit and esthetic love

They are definitely quality made. The tops seem to rub a bit much and they run a little small (not true to size). I recommend getting half a size up from what you normally wear.

Great boot. Very comfortable and stylish. Wonderful cushion. Nice shine but not bright. Opening a bit narrow. Will probably need shoehorn. Full half size smaller that me athletic shoe size. Needed an exchange which customer support handled professionally. Highly recommend.

I bought this boot for the fall and winter. So I have only wore it for a day to make sure it fit.It fits like a glove and looks better on then I was expecting. I will be looking forward to my next pair in chocolate brown.

I've always liked this style of shoe. This style is very hard to find so I'm thankful that your company has a very wide selection of colors and materials. The shoe is GREAT! Very comfortable.

I ordered 2 different colored Amberjack Chelsea boots inside 1 week. I received the Obsidian promptly and now waiting for the second one. I used it for 2 weeks on the trot for office - paired with formal trousers, chinos and denims and the pair looked great every time!

These boots are the best I have ever worn out of the box. Super stylish, well crafted and the leather is soft and looks great. Like the shoe bag that comes with them.

Shoes are great & comfy. Customer service could use some work, also periodic updates would be nice if item is on back order or expecting delays.

I've used it only on 2 trips, about 1 week or so. The boot fits well, as advertised. It is light weight and comfortable. Only gripe from me is that since it doesn't have pull tabs, taking them on and off at airport security is a bit of a pain. I'm hoping as I break them in, it will be easier to do so.

I have only worn this Chelsea once, but they were so comfortable. I own a pair of Thursday Legends and for comfort, the Amberjack Chelsea blew the Legend out of the water. I was on my feet for about 3 hours and the comfort was superb! No break-in required and my feet loved them! I gave it 4 stars because they lacked a loop or tab to help pull them on. I just used a shoe horn and it worked beautifully!
