EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICIES
FREE SHIPPING (US ORDERS ONLY)
NYCK.com will accept returns within 30 days of delivery*. We require that you try the shoes on indoors. All returned shoes must be clean and free from wear. Returned items MUST be returned with the original box. Place the shoe box inside of a packing box. Do not just tape up the shoe box and send the order back. A refund or replacement will be given when the shoes are returned.

You will receive a full refund of the item price.
We will not reimburse for any shipping charges (normally expedite, 2nd day etc..)
If you are electing to exchange an item, please write a brief note on the packing slip, receipt, invoice, or RMA form included with the return. Let us know what size, color, and item you want to exchange for. Once we receive the return and process the request, we will ship the new pair to you for FREE instead of processing a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange International purchases although you may still return the item for a refund.
If for any reason the shoes or boots are refused or not accepted when delivered there is a $25 refusal fee.
Refund will be processed within 6 business days from arrival time.
ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF THE PACKING SLIP, RECEIPT, INVOICE, AND RMA FORM.

*Delivery Date, is the first delivery attempt by the carrier, if for some reason the customer had to foreword the order to a different address, the 30 day delivery will count from the first attempt from the original Address.
