At NYCK, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help. Our return policy is designed to be simple and hassle-free, ensuring that you can shop with confidence.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery*. This gives you ample time to try on your new shoes and decide if they are the perfect fit for you. We do ask that you try the shoes on indoors to keep them clean and free from wear.

Return Requirements

When returning an item, please ensure that it is in its original condition. The shoes must be clean and free from any signs of wear. Additionally, please include the original shoe box inside a packing box / Bag, when returning the item. This will help protect the shoes during transit.
Do not just tape up the shoe box and us it as shipping box.
(it will result a restocking fee up to 50% )

A refund or replacement will be given when the shoes are returned. 

How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account. you will have an option to request a return. you can follow the instructions to initiate the return process. 

You will receive a full refund of the item price.
if you choose to use our prepaid return label , we will deduct $9.95 from Your refund
(not available in exchange) 

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item, we will process your refund within 6 business days. You will receive a full refund of the item price. Please note that we do not reimburse for any shipping charges, including expedited or international shipping.

Exchange Option

If you would like to exchange an item, please include a brief note with your return indicating the size, color, and item you would like to exchange for. Once we receive your return and process the request, we will ship the new pair to you for free. Please note that international purchases are not eligible for exchanges, but you can still return the item for a refund.

Additional Information

If the shoes or boots are refused or not accepted upon delivery, a $25 refusal fee will be applied. All returns must include a copy of the packing slip, receipt, invoice, and RMA form. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please email us at

*Delivery Date: The 30-day return window begins from the first delivery attempt at the original address. If the order is forwarded to a different address, the 30-day period will still be counted from the first delivery attempt.
