Return & Exchange Policies

At NYCK, we’re committed to ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help. Our return policy is simple, fair, and designed to give you peace of mind.


30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date*. This gives you plenty of time to try on your new shoes and decide if they’re the right fit. Please ensure shoes are tried on indoors only to keep them clean and unworn.

👉 This 30-day return policy applies only to online orders that are shipped to the customer. In-store purchases or pickups may have different return guidelines.

⚠️ We do not accept returns on:
👉 Socks, insoles, or any wearable accessories
👉 Items that show signs of wear
👉 Shoes returned without the original shoe box


Return Requirements

To be eligible for a refund:

👉 Shoes must be clean and unworn
👉 The original shoe box must be included, placed inside a protective outer box or bag
👉 Do NOT tape or ship the shoe box alone — doing so may result in a restocking fee of up to 50%


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account on our website

  2. Request a return through your order history

  3. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided

📦 If you choose to use our prepaid return label, a fee of $9.95 per item will be deducted from your refund. (Not available for exchanges)


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 6 business days.

👉 Refund includes item price only
👉 Shipping fees are non-refundable (including expedited or international shipping)


Exchange Policy

To exchange an item:

👉 Include a note inside your return package indicating the desired size, color, or item
👉 Once we receive and process your return, we will ship the new item free of charge

🌐 Please note: International orders are not eligible for exchanges, but can still be returned for a refund.


International Orders – Duties & Taxes

👉 All international duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
👉 These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
👉 You may be required to pay these fees upon the package’s arrival in your country.
👉 Failure to do so may result in delays, refusal, or return of the package at your expense.


Additional Information

👉 If an order is refused or not accepted at delivery, a $25 refusal fee will be applied
👉 All returns must include a copy of the packing slip, receipt, invoice, and RMA form

* Delivery Date: The 30-day return window starts from the first delivery attempt at the original shipping address. If the order is forwarded to a new address, the window still starts from the first delivery attempt.
