Incredible performance

Since shoe sizing varies across brands, here is my sizing experience for reference: I wear a women’s 7.5/men's 6 in Nike running shoes and a w7/m5.5 in all the other cheap shoes I got from Amazon. I ordered the blundstone chelsea boots in women’s 7.5. With the extra insoles (which are included in the box) in, the left boot fits perfectly, but the right boot pinches my instep, heel, and tendon. Without the extra insoles, the boots feel slightly too big and slip while I walk or drive. So I ended up putting the extra insoles back in and I don't know if this is just a break-in time, but now (after wearing them for around 5 days, including a 2-hour hiking) the right boot feels larger.

I don't know what took me so long to purchase my first pair of Blundstones. Absolutely love them. From the perfect color rustic black to the comfort right out of the box. Loved them so much 1 week later I purchased a pair of 585's in rustic brown and wear as every day shoes.

These boots are fantastic. Good money spent. Comfortable right out of the box. My go to shoe for many many activities.

I'm between a 9 and 9.5 and read mixed reviews on sizing up or down. I went with the 9.5 but they were too short and tight. My toes were touching the front. I got a size 10 and absolutely love them. There is a slight break in period, mostly around the ankles, but after just a week of wearing them, they are getting so comfortable. I'm using both insoles provided plus an added one for my heal and plantar fasciitis. Love these boots!

Definitely great quality and the right size, but it has taken work to stretch and soften the instep to avoid pain.

Love these boots! Super comfortable! The Rustic Black is especially appealing as it can be worn for any occasion. They are quite durable, and I appreciate that they come with an extra multi-fit footbed if you want to customize your fit. I get lots of compliments wearing these.

Most comfortable shoes ever right out of the box

Really nice boot. Sturdy to handle adverse weather, while dressy and stylish enough to be okay at work. Ran a tad big for me. 8.5 normally but even these have a little more slippage then comfortable. Fit perfect with thicker socks.

Great boots - not sure what took me so long. Very comfy and only getting more and more with each wear. Very warm too (not even the thermal model)

Love these boots -- the style and the fit! They did take a few days to break in -- my heels were sore and on the verge of blisters the first time I wore them all day (and walked quite a bit in them too), so I was worried that they would not work for me, but after a few wears, they now feel incredibly comfortable and I have had no issues with pain or discomfort. I added the second pair of inserts that came with them and that seemed to help me a lot with the fit as they may have been slightly loose on my foot at first. I live in a place with harsh, cold, snowy winter (ADKs in Northern NY) and my feet have stayed dry and warm with good traction on slippery snow and icy sidewalks. So glad I took the plunge with my first (not my last) Blundstones! For me, they were true to size (I wear a women's 9 in US sizing).

Classic Chelsea boot--super versatile and comfortable.

I wear US9.5/EU42. These #587s fit perfectly. Trying them on for the first time is a bit of a challenge. The entry is tight. However, a few on/offs makes entry more accommodating. Once on they are comfortable and even better after a few days. Why did I wait so long to purchase?

I love my boots. They are comfortble ans almost look like charcoal gray suede with a touch of blue in the color.

These are everything I wanted them to be. I wear women's size 8 (38) and these fit perfectly. The toe box is a perfect size; nice and round and NOT narrow thank god. I did insert my own arch support because they are pretty flat on the inside. The extra insert they give you doesn't do anything to make a difference in my opinion.

Comfortable right out of the box. I have wide feet and the width is just right. It is winter here and these have kept my feet warm in 0-20 degree Fahrenheit weather. So glad I got these boots!

I ordered size 7 women's. I guess the equivalent to 4 men's. I have wanted them for a couple of years and they were definitely worth the wait. They fit perfectly with thick socks or without. They are comfortable while chasing my toddler class all day outdoors in the cold. I absolutely love them!!

These came just in time for the snowiest day of the year. My fiance loved the early Christmas present and says her feet have never been warmer.

Materials and workmanship are good, wish the footbed was softer.

It took me a long time to decide if these boots would work for my foot as I generally struggle with this type of boot however I am quite pleased that they feel snug but not too tight and I love the rustic appearance! The build quality and comfort straight out of the box is wonderful! Highly recommend and already eyeing a second pair!

I have worn Ariat boots for the last decade but have wanted a pair of Blundstones for the last year or so. When I finally saved enough pennies, I was able to splurg and buy a pair. I have to say, I am having a bit of buyers remorse. I have always had luck with the fit of my Ariat boots but did not have the same experience with these new boots. Using the regular insole, I was sliding around in the boot. I thought it was great that you guys include the secondary insole to go underneath the regular insole, so I did just that and put the other one in underneath of the regular insole. This was a mistake. I had issues with my big toe on my right foot getting jammed up to the front of the boot. I felt that my toe nail was getting ripped off. I took of my boot and saw that there was a hole in my sock and it had rubbed away an area on the top of the inside of the boot. I double checked to see if my nail might have been too long, it wasn't. I now have gone back to a single insole. I had to wear two socks at one point but have since then, bought some thicker socks, which is still a bit loose. I do like the boot and will continue to wear and work in the boot, the start off just wasnt very good. 2 people found this review helpful.

Comfortable, stylish, durable, Able to take a beating and not get crusty

This is a lovely pair of shoes. A note on sizing and fit, likely different for everyone: I usually wear a US size 8.5 but these run small so I sized up to a 9. Initially thought the 9s were too big, but have found it is possible to adjust the sizing by adding the additional inserts that come with the shoes - put them in under the regular inserts. After a day of walking my feet got swollen, so I removed the extra inserts for comfort and felt much better. There's a slight pinch on the top of the foot that I don't experience with lace up shoes - this is getting better after wearing the shoes in for a couple of days.

As with the other two pair of Blundstones I own these the same quality and fit. I'd recommend Blundstones to anyone

Comfortable, stylish and snow proof! Great boots.

Very comfortable for all-day, every day wear. The upper is soft but has no blemishes after a month of use. The heel was stiff at first but holds the foot well after a quick break in. My only complaint is the Rustic Black, while beautiful, appears more green than black.

I would have rated them a “10”, but the scale doesn’t go that high! This is a great all-around shoe, comfortable and warm. The slip-on feature is a plus. A great 3-season must-buy shoe for New England wear!

I absolutely LOVE these boots! These are my third pair. I have them in 3 colors! I have hiked the mountains of Germany and Switzerland, walked miles and miles in NY City, and also thrown them on and worn them with a dress and even shorts. I can’t say enough great things about these books! I get stopped on the street and asked “what brand are those boots” and I have even had a couple people take pictures of my boots so they can remember what they look like. I also have one pair that is five years old, and they still look amazing! Lastly, they are so great that my teenage daughter is always sneaking them out of my closet to wear.

The most comforting boot I’ve ever worn!

Total fan of these boots. They’re light, comfortable, and rugged. Super easy to get on and off because of the pull tabs in the front and back. I love the color- black/ gray tones.

Absolutely LOVE these boots. I wasn't sure the style would be right for me, but they are so functional and fit in my city environment. They are my new go to boot. There was maybe a day of break in (I walk a lot) and now they're super comfy. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a good "ready for anything" boot.

They fit a bit differently than the ones in store and could have gone down 1/2 size, but regardless I love them and they’re the perfect boot! So easy to Break in and once you do, they’re uber comfy!

These are great! I have worn a pair of the rustic brown for 5+years & was looking for color flexibility. The black skews a little more gray, but I'm not mad about it! After a week of casual wear to break in, I spent a week in NYC walking everywhere. Great support, great style.

I’ve had Blundies for many years and actually use them for horse riding. I love them! I bought this new pair to have an all-purpose boot for a 3 week trip to Europe. Weather walking around cities, hiking in the countryside, or dressing up for dinner, they’ve been perfect! They’re comfortable, stylish, and versatile. I’m writing this review on my last day in Europe and I plan on getting the same boot in rustic brown as soon as I get home.
